The actor's mother, brother Donald and wife Lisa Niemi are expected to attend the exclusive get together.
Fans are asked to make donations to either The Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund or Stand Up To Cancer in lieu of flowers.
Swayze lost his cancer battle on 13 September, aged 57.
