The duo was set to hit the road together for the Fame Kills tour in November, but promoters at Live Nation have confirmed reports the show won't go on.
Both stars sparked controversy at the recent MTV Video Music Awards in New York - West stormed the stage to protest Taylor Swift's Best Female Video win and GaGa shocked with a bloody performance of Paparazzi, which ended with her dangling lifeless above the stage.
It is not known if the VMA shockers had anything to do with the decision to pull the plug on the concert tour.
Tickets went on sale on 23 September and were reportedly selling well.
Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
