The superproducer shot to fame after helping out with the Smile singer's 2006 debut album Alright, Still, but the pair fuelled rumours of a rift when Allen recorded her second album without Ronson.
The pair rubbished claims they had fallen out, but Ronson insists they won't go back in the studio together.
He says, "I can't go back to working with Lily. There's been no falling out but our creative relationship has ended."
