In legal documents, paparazzo Ricardo Mendoza claimed his foot has been damaged for life, and his injuries had cost him £130,000 in general damages.
He asked the Toxic hitmaker to hand over more than £146,700 after accusing her of intentionally running him over.
Mendoza argued that Spears' minders "should have known... Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
The terms of the settlement have not been revealed.
