The pair, who met in 2005 after meeting on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, have been embroiled in a bitter public battle since they split in May.
But Price is desperate to put aside her differences with Andre so they can maintain a civilised relationship for the sake of their children.
Speaking on This Morning, she said, "All I want to do is meet up with Pete. I have to keep ringing solicitors to discuss the children but I want to speak to Pete.
"One day we will talk and one day we will be friends and that's all I want. Let's be adults. All I want to do is meet in a room with Pete, none of his management team. I haven't even been in a room with him since we split.
"I just don't hold anything against him. Let's just be friends."
And Price insists she's sick of trading insults in the press - because that's what happened after she split with her ex, singer Dane Bowers.
She added, "I don't even want go down that route. I had that with Dane Bowers. It's a horrible thing."
Her comments come just three days after Andre threatened legal action for allegations his ex-wife made about him having an affair with his manager Claire Powell.
The bickering pair have two kids together - Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii, as well as the model's seven-year-old son Harvey, from a previous relationship.
