The family of late celebrity Jade Goody has settled a lawsuit against a tabloid newspaper over pictures of the reality TV star's private burial. Skip related content

The 27 year old lost her battle with cervical cancer in March and her family subsequently held both a private and public funeral.
A group of Goody's relatives, including her mother Jackiey Budden and grandparents John and Sylvia Caddock, filed suit against Mirror Group Newspapers and picture agency NewsPics after photographs of the private burial appeared on the front cover of weekly tabloid The People.
The two companies have agreed to pay £35,000 in damages, as well as legal costs, following a hearing in London on Thursday.
