Karen McNeil was arrested at the Cry Me A River star's home on 22 October after allegations she visited the property and refused to leave.
A Los Angeles judge has since granted Timberlake a restraining order against McNeil, who has previously been banned from getting close to rocker Axl Rose.
Now McNeil has responded to the order, insisting she is a god, according to papers obtained by TMZ.com.
She also suggests Timberlake has been following her and she tracked him down so they could "rule" together.
Timberlake is adamant he does not know McNeil, branding her an "obsessed, mentally unstable celebrity stalker".
