The baby girl, who was due in December, arrived on Friday, reports to RadarOnline.com.
The tot's name is not yet known.
The couple made its first public appearance together as a couple in April, weeks after Gibson's wife of 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. The pair share six sons and one daughter.
Grigorieva, 39, has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.
A spokesperson for the actor had not responded to requests for comment.
Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
