The Forgetting Sarah Marshall actor has been dating the singer since the pair met at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, and the funnyman has fallen head over heels for the sexy star.
He even recently admitted he was "unlikely to be satisfied" with bedding a string of beauties now he has hooked up with Perry.
And Brand's pal, Little Britain creator Walliams, insists he's seen the love first hand - and puts Brand's new monogamy down to meeting the right woman.
He says, "Normally Russell's girlfriends are following him around totally in awe of him, but he is following her around totally in awe.
"But I can understand that because she is absolutely knockout gorgeous and really funny, really provocative and naughty. He has met his match. I was pleased to see him so happy."
Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
