The glamour model rushed to Harvey's side at the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill after he fell ill at their home nearby.
Her ex-husband Peter Andre also sped to the facility to comfort poorly Harvey - who is partially sighted and suffers from severe autism.
After a night receiving treatment in hospital, the seven year old began to feel better and was discharged from doctor's care, according to Andre.
In a post on his personal Twitter.com page, he says, "Harvey is okay and out of hospital earlier today. I'm smiling. Thank you everyone for asking."
The Sun reports that medics ruled out the possibility of the swine flu virus following assessments.
