Introducing Maltese singer Brooke
After finding fame in her home country as a children's TV presenter, she went on to top the charts there for 19 weeks with her single Baby Love.
Now she is hoping UK fans embrace her music and is planning to move to London permanently.
Brooke started singing at the age of five, listening to soul legends like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and Roberta Flack.
She was later chosen to go to a camp in LA, where Paramount Pictures invited her to record two songs. Whilst there the teenager was also able to shoot the video for her track Fairytale. The location used in the promo was the same as one seen in Lady Gaga's video for her hit Paparazzi.
Brooke's new single Achilles Heel is released in January 2010.
Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
