Two charged with plot to attack Danish paper
That is according to a statement from the US Justice Department.
Officials charged David Headley on conspiracy charges to commit an act of terrorism and Tahawwur Hussain Rana on a single count of conspiracy.
Both men have been held in federal custody since each was arrested earlier in October.
