The rapper has teamed up with MySpace for the Bash of the Year competition.
He will take to the stage for the gig alongside new rock band You Me At Six.
MySpace are putting on the event in partnership with teenlifecheck.co.uk, an interactive online quiz that offers lifestyle advice to youngsters. Users can also win extra votes by filling in the form.
The winning school will be announced on Friday 6 November.
Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
