Joe Swash declared 'bankrupt'
The I'm A Celebrity winner, who dates former co-Walford star Kara Tointon, had a "tax issue" and a bankruptcy order was made this week.
However the star aims to discuss the matter with the Official Receiver when the payment is settled to reverse the order.
Swash's agent has said: "There was a tax issue for which the final payment is imminent and once made discussions will be held with the Official Receiver to seek to reverse the bankruptcy order.
"Everyone has to pay tax and Joe knows he is no exception."
The actor, who starred as Albert Square's Micky Miller, can currently be seen appearing with actress Pamela Anderson in Living TV's Pamela Anderson: At Home With Joe.
