IT Services vendor Perot Systems' Government Services Division has won a four-year $16m contract from the Executive Office of the President's (EOP) Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to provide a wide range of IT services. Skip related content
Perot Systems has been providing services to OMB since June 2003. Under the contract, it will continue to provide OMB with a broad range of IT services including desktop and web application development, database administration, Unix Systems administration, project management and planning, reporting and data analysis.
Lee Carrick, president at Perot Systems' Government Services division, said: "We are very pleased that the OMB chose to continue our support of their office. The OMB's work is extremely important and we are proud to provide them with the essential support services that allow them to focus on achieving their mission objectives."
The deal follows Perot Systems' seven-year contract last month from West Georgia Health System to provide revenue cycle and IT support services. It also won a 10-year INR 900m ($18m) contract from India-based Max Healthcare to provide IT outsourcing and electronic health records implementation services.
