The pop icon is said to have got back together with her infamous ex, despite their chequered history since tying the knot in 2007.
A UK tabloid claims the pair recently updated their status on the social networking site to confirm news of their reunion.
In a separate posting online, Fielder-Civil said: "Can't argue with true love. What's the point?"
The news is expected to infuriate Amy's closest allies, who have seen her make considerable progress against ill-health and addiction.
"Amy's family, especially Mitch, will be furious", explained a source.
"They have been so happy with her progress and are terrified that if she gets back together with Blake she will fall back into drugs again", they said.
Last week, father Mitch claimed that Winehouse had been clean of drugs for 12 months.
