The singer will confirm news of their plans when he appears on BBC TV at the end of the week.
Speaking to Jonathan Ross on his weekly chat show, Robbie speaks about how he has built bridges with his former band.
When asked if they intend to be reunited either onstage or on record, he admits: "Yes I hope so."
"We've got together, done bits and bobs. I can't say much", Williams told the host, in an interview that will go out on Friday.
His appearance, which promotes new album "Reality Killed The Video Star", is also expected to feature the live performance of three songs.




Yusuf Islam, the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is strolling back onto the stage after a break of 33 years.
