So sad to see what`s happening in the UK. I live in france and this happens to me and other UK citizens on a daily basis. Most dont know because they can`t fully understand the language. So you never hear, that the problem exists. When it happens to me ,I just return the compliment in English, so now the frogs don`t understand, but that`s it no police or anything.

This all seems to be getting more than a little out of hand, if he was being offensive for a racial reason ok, but what if he was abusing some white bloke in the crowd and calling him a monkey? Maybe it was a very bad chicken impression? I mean I call my dog a cheeky monkey, my daughter, my wife it is just a term. People are way too keen to take or find or imagine offense.
