    Capello Quit After "Misunderstanding"

Fabio Capello has told Italian television that he quit as England manager over a "misunderstanding"

The Italian said: "I wasn't escaping, I left because there was a misunderstanding. It had been going well but there are times in which you decide to leave."

Capello resigned as England manager following a meeting with the Football Association following the decision to strip John Terry of the England captaincy.

The 65 year old has been linked with a move to Inter Milan but he ruled out a return to management in Italy.

He said: "In Italy, no. Absolutely not. Now I want to relax."

Its a win win situation for Capello , £6 million in the back pocket and on to better things, no wonder every plonker in the country wants the England job, its money in the bank and you dont even have to win anything. I laughed at all these english managers (newcastle) knocking it back when they know they would not have a chance in hell of getting it . So now its Harry , I will laugh my head off if he knocks it back . The only englishman in the world that can possibly do the job so they tell us.hoho . I bet he wished he had not opened his gob. its hardly Brazil we are talking about. and even they dont make such a fuss when they change their manager. first its the drama with the Rugby team, now its the football team .hoho. why do the english take themselves so seriously, Drama Queens right enough .

I reckon he was looking for a way out because he knows our team won't do that well in the euro cup. Hope they ask him to repay the millions already paid to him.
