Danny Welbeck Not Scared To Play For England

Danny Welbeck says he's not letting the excitement of playing for England at Euro 2012 go to his head.

The Manchester United striker believes he will stay level headed despite playing at his first international tournament.

Welbeck, who is a product of Manchester United's academy, says he's been dreaming of playing for his country in a major tournament since he was a school boy, but he and his team-mates are fully focused.

"I think once we came out here, we just want to play our normal game. we are not going to see it as a massive challenge for us or something that is too big for us"

"We've been looking to do this ever since we signed on as a school boy, to come out here and play for England is a massive occasion but we are going to play the game and not the occasion."

England play Sweden on Friday in Kiev.
