Cristiano Ronaldo was the hero as Portugal beat the Czech Republic 1-0 in Warsaw to qualify for the Euro 2012 semi-finals.
Ronaldo headed home a cross from Joao Moutinho 11 minutes from the end to set up a possible semi-final against either Spain or France.
The Real Madrid forward hit the woodwork twice, on an initially frustrating evening but crowned Portugal's dominant second-half performance with his third goal of the tournament.
It was just reward after another starring display from Ronaldo against opponents who failed to register a single shot on target.
Ronaldo said: It was a fantastic game for Portugal. In the first 20 minutes we weren't that good but then we improved a lot."
"We had a lot of opportunities. The Czechs didn't have any, that's a great game."
