Five Offseason Activities for Super Bowl XLVI MVP Eli Manning

Super Bowl XLVI is over, the confetti is cleaned up and other than a trip to Walt Disney World, Eli Manning has the whole offseason to enjoy the New York Giants' championship victory. During the offseason, there are five things that Eli Manning should do to enjoy the victory and celebrate with fans.

    Media Tour

The night after the Super Bowl was filled with postgame interviews, but that is only the beginning for two-time MVP Eli Manning. Along with the New York Giants parade, expect Manning to appear on talk shows, ESPN and the NFL Network numerous times. In 2008, Manning had a great interview on "Late Night with David Letterman" and hopefully he treats the New York faithful to more of the same.

    Saturday Night Live Host

Eli has already proven he is an elite quarterback with his second great Super Bowl performance, but he can extend this with a guest-hosting spot on Saturday Night Live. Following in the footsteps of Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, Eli can bring his awkwardness to the comedy world with a lot of great sketches on the show.

    Team Workouts

Eli Manning has great chemistry with Hakeem Nicks, Victor Cruz and Mario Manningham, but offseason workouts are the key to keeping their offensive domination from getting rusty. A couple of team workouts will keep the players in shape and ready to defend their championship throughout the 2012 season.

    Family Growth

It's obvious that the Manning blood is full of football talent. The offseason is a perfect time to expand his family and hopefully add a little boy to the mix. It's nice having Peyton and Eli in the NFL at the same time. In 23 years, the same thing could happen with Peyton's son Marshall and a new boy for Eli.

    Wear His Rings

Eli Manning does not seem like the jewelry type, but after winning two Super Bowls, it is time to flaunt his victories. While he won't be getting fit for a Hall of Fame jacket for several years, he has plenty of time to showcase the rings that he earned along with the rest of the New York Giants team.
