Furore over Chinese father who gets son, four, to exercise in snow dressed in just his pants

I was prepared not to be moved but the fact he's crying and distressed throughout is awful. Astounding that people are walking by, where is this?

I would like to know who the person was that they ran past. If I saw that I would have been on the phone to the police in a heartbeat! And I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut either...disgusting. People out there want a child to love so desperately and there are people out there treating their babies like this! Shameful.

The child is clearly distressed, the father should be arrested for child abuse

Can we take it his father stripped down to his underpants and went with him?

I hope the kid grows up and makes his 80year old dad swim in frozen waters followed by a naked run in the snow.*********

Poor little mite. I wonder if his Dad was also half naked too whilst the little lad was in the cold! Hope the boy can stand up to his father one day.

Did his Dad have a coat, shoes etc. He should be fined for child cruelty. Of course if big bully Dad says you're going for a run without your clothes, he can hardly defend himself or refuse - HE IS 4.

I know we are too soft with our children today. But watching this Video clip made me feel sick. How could anyone do this to a young child. I bet his father was dressed up nice and warm.

I have a cunning plan to maker this father stronger. It involves nakedness and a deep freeze. After an hour the guy would be rock hard!

How can a child of 4yrs old develop mentally strong running in the snow? If the boy is enjoy doing it on his free will is another case the parents made him to do it by coercing him. This is an abuse not training.If not cautioned he will make him run on a burning charcoal barefooted.

That is obscene, poor little scrap is obviously too scared NOT do it . The father is a sadist and the worst thing is that you can hear his mother laughing too. Lock them both up!
