British rapper Labrinth has topped the charts with a romantic duet with Emeli Sande called Beneath Your Beautiful.
It is the first time he has managed to reach number one despite a number of high profile collaborations including featuring on the tremendous hit Earthquake with Tinie Tempah.
Labrinth managed to knock Calvin Harris and Florence Welch down a couple of rungs as their track Sweet Nothing slipped to number three.
It appears there is strength in numbers as big names get together to power up the charts.
Labrinth's song, which was at number 85 in last weekend's charts, enjoyed a massive sales boost after he and Sande performed it live on last Sunday's X Factor results show.
And there was further success for Sande as her single Wonder, with rapper Naughty Boy, debuted the charts at number 10.
Boyband JLS achieved another top 10 single as their latest track, Hottest Girl In The World, went in at number six.
Swedish House Mafia are still going strong at number two in the charts with Don't You Worry Child, while Adele's Bond theme, Skyfall, fell to number seven, days after the film's premiere.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has topped the album charts with Red, her fourth LP.
The album, which features the single We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, was reportedly outselling its nearest rival, the deluxe version of Sande's Our Version Of Events, by two to one this week.
