Man, 34, arrested for 'having sex with rubber ring'

A man has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a swimming pool rubber ring.

Edwin Charles Tobergta, 34, was spotted appearing to have sexual relations with the ring in broad daylight in Hamilton, Ohio.

The incident, which happened on June 15, was said to have been witnessed by several children.

Tobergta is alleged to have stepped from his backdoor naked before having 'sexual relations with a rubber pool float'.

Amazingly, this is the second time Tobergta has been arrested in connection with having sex with a rubber ring.

In August 2011, he was arrested at his home after he was seen engaging in sexual conduct with a pink inflatable swimming pool raft, according to police records.

During the first incident, he was allegedly spotted in an alleyway behind his home.

A witness, who was the owner of the raft, spotted Tobergta and told him to stop. Tobergta allegedly took the raft with him after being caught.

Tobergta has been arrested more than five times previously for similar offences, according to court records.

He is due to appear in court in Butler County for his latest offence on July 23.
