Actress Sophie Okonedo was left red-faced during a ceremony at Buckingham Palace after dropping her OBE in front of Prince Charles.
The Hotel Rwanda star was presented with the honour at the royal residence in London on Friday but the ceremony ended in embarrassment for the 41 year old.
Just moments after the Prince pinned the medal to her dress, the catch came loose and the prize fell to the ground, leaving Okonedo scrambling to retrieve it in front of the baffled royal - and the moment was captured on camera.
She said after the ceremony, "It feels good to get the OBE, but I dropped it on the floor!"
