I bought some pocket-sized hot water bottles. They keep your hands warm for ages.

We really can't complain after last year when I was snowed in for three weeks. Time for home made soups again, yum yum!

This is nothing...I remember in the 1980's, in Shropshire, opening the front door in the morning and being greeted by a wall of snow! 6 inches from my face. Dad had to dig us out of the house! Snow submerged most road signs in the village.

Hahaha, Really! I am living in Cornwall and desperate for snow. They said this was mean't to be a big freeze. Not like it used to be. Snow seems to be everywhere accept for Cornwall.

Having lived on a small sub tropical island in the South Atlantic for 8 years which doesn't get a winter, this winter blast will be the first real winter I have experienced in 8 years!

Well i am in Cornwall so the possiblilty of a heatwave down hear is as low as the possibility of getting snow or ice. It's always raining!

I live in Cornwall and we have not seen any snow at all. They said at one point it would hit Cornwall but it never did and we havn't had snow for two years. The reason why we had a warmer winter and a wetter summer was because of global warming, global warming means there is not going to be much more snow.

There has to be a great big weather warning hasn't there, and why? All because of a bit of snow at the very top of Scotland on the hills. The big freeze will not be what it used to be, well not for a long time. It used to be below 0 degrees for weeks. So any snow lovers don't get your hopes up cos i did and i got so dissapointed. The weather people are not always right.

Anyway if we did have snow it probably won't be any more than what it is in this picture, probably from 2009!
Half of what they say is not true anyway they are just alarmists.

    Anyone get my point?
