Blast from the past as Lord Sutch attempts to claim victory at the 1986 Fulham by-election, completing a rather odd picture of serious and joke candidates for the seat. Rather severe looking Labour candidate Nick Raynsford (fouth from the left) claimed victory but was ousted from the seat in the 1987 General Election just 14 months later.
