AFP - 2 hours 41 minutes agoA family affected by cyclone Nargis stay at a temporary shelter on the outskirts of Yangon. Prime Minister Gordon Brown said Myanmar's military regime is acting inhumanely by continuing to block foreign aid for cyclone victims and should be held accountable.
