        discos, gotas, etc. blancos.
      • Holber D 10 months ago

The only thing we can do for this world is to try to maintain it's natural beauty which God had endow in it. The activity the people are placing in ti are not that much, is just that we live on sensitive world that any misse appropriate misse calculation in it effect it's nature. Time to go for revolution.

      Amazing gallery of photos!
    • Heru  •  10 months ago

In ancient Rome, people looked at an erupting volcano and attributed it to the wrath of Vulcan. A thousand years ago in Scandinavia, lightning and thunder was attributed to the majesty of Thor. Humans have since moved on, cultures changed or were assimilated, and our understanding of the universe has grown leaps and bounds since then. We now know there isn't a smithy under volcanoes, and lightning is due to electricity charges in the atmosphere.

Look at our own human history. Religions of today live on, as the human culture that birthed them survived wars and assimilation, or possess ideas about our world that are as yet not proven otherwise by empirical evidence through scientific study. "Dead" religions held obsolete ideas about our world, or their peoples were converted or assimilated into other cultures.

We as modern humans, no matter how advanced we are compared to our ancestors, will continue to advance and improve upon our understanding of the world. Taking a step back and looking upon our history, and looking forward to the future, it's certain we have come a long way, and still the road ahead is endless. To think our current beliefs and scientific knowledge is at its ultimate height of development is silly to say the least.

In conclusion, marvel upon the world as you wish, and respect everyone's views and beliefs, for we'll all be looked upon merely as advanced internet cavemen 1000 years from now ;)

(Anyway, the pictures are really beautiful!)
