      The Japanese have something similar....the only difference is that in Japan,they don't get vandalised !

        No, nothing to do with that Robert...The Japanese people simply have more respect for other people and property....Look how they reacted after the tsunami disaster....no looting of any kind and no complaining, they just got on with it in a dignified manner..

        The Japanese respect what they have. But having said that. They are not all perfect. They DO have vandals and they DO have vandalism, and they DO have `joyriders`, and they DO have muggers. It`s just not reported over here as much as our lot are reported over there.

        No doubt it is us, the tax payers, and yet again no choice over how they spend our money. We all know how poor the public transport is why do we need to pay for a posh way of being reminded ?? !!
