Bhaji

Bhaji-ing its way into the record books, this massive masterpiece was created in Bradford, UK - often labelled the curry capital of England. The brain child of Colin Burt, Head Chef Trainer at Bradford College's International Food Academy, it broke the world record for the biggest bhaji in the world and fed many hungry students in the process.
