It is not beautiful but sad because it is typical of war in which people suffer unneccesarily.......and there is nothing beautiful in seeing people suffer, whoever they are

Its beautiful in the sense that the image was able to capture and convey the message that "war is nothing but sufferings" . The innocent mind can see and hear the message delivered by the image. The corrupt mind sees nothing but prejudice..

Its not sinister, its heart-breaking. It shows that the women is veiled, but she is still a woman, real human, loving, hurting, emotional, compassionate, patient, suffering, faithful, hoping. It shows the world we live in, the lack of compassion, the hidden agenda, the sacrifices. We are tired. We are all tired of the evil, we are tired of the lies, tired of the greed. But soon, it will be over, why? Because hopefully most of us will come to our senses, and we`ll begin to see where we went wrong, and we`ll begin to ask forgiveness and reach out to one another, irrespective of race religion or creed. We are lonely, hurt, bereft, and we need love to heal. Faith to hope. We will realise that man was always man, not animal evolved, and then we will understand.

      The truth about Muslims

      The Muslims are not happy!

      They’re not happy in Gaza.
      They’re not happy in Egypt.
      They’re not happy in Libya.
      They’re not happy in Morocco.
      They’re not happy in Iran.
      They’re not happy in Iraq.
      They're not happy in Somaliya
      They’re not happy in Yemen.
      They’re not happy in Afghanistan.
      They’re not happy in Pakistan.
      They’re not happy in Syria.
      They’re not happy in Lebanon.

      So, where are they happy?

      They’re happy in Australia.
      They’re happy in England.
      They’re happy in France.
      They’re happy in Italy.
      They’re happy in Germany.
      They’re happy in Sweden.
      They’re happy in the USA.
      They’re happy in Norway.
They’re happy in every country that is not Muslim.

      And who do they blame?

      Not Islam.
      Not their leadership.
      Not themselves.....

THEY BLAME THE COUNTRIES THEY ARE HAPPY IN!
THEY EVEN PLAN TO DESTROY IT FROM WITHIN
AND THEY WANT TO CHANGE THEM TO BE LIKE THE COUNTRY THEY CAME FROM
      WHERE THEY WERE UNHAPPY.

why is everything "iconic" these days? what does it even mean? It has become a sloppy cliché.
    • Andy  •  Manchester, England  •  3 months ago
This picture is just sinister, nothing sad or emotional about it. A veiled face has no ties to humanity, how can you become involved with something that is so fundamentaly wrong?

looks like Islam is not liked in the UK by the comments, i know we have plenty of trouble with Muslims, bombing in the south of Thailand murdering any one who is not a Muslim,

If this picture is real, then it's horrifying. But I suspect it is posed.
