Tony Nicklinson, 58, who suffered from locked-in syndrome, died in August a week after losing a legal bid to end his life with a doctor's help. Mr Nicklinson suffered a stroke in 2005 and was paralysed from the neck down. Judges ruled that a doctor's assistance would be murder and such a change in law would have to be made by Parliament. Mr Nicklinson's family are continuing the right-to-die campaign (SWNS)
