Puppy grows up in 40 seconds

A man has made a cute montage of his German Shepherd changing from a puppy into a dog in 40 seconds to commemorate its first birthday.

During the viral time-lapse clip, the dog named Dunder is seen ageing from eight weeks to one-year-old in the exact same spot through a series of photographs.

From a tiny puppy, he transforms into a fully-grown dog while its owner includes props and accessories to add to the adorable effect.

On the last picture, the happy hound is presented with a first birthday candle and a party hat.

The video has attracted over one million hits since it was first posted a week ago.
