A group of cyber spies are gaining access to computers, seizing control of webcams and sharing the footage on social media sites.

Known as 'Ratters', these online voyeurs use Remote Access Tools (R.A.T.s) to hack into computers and take over the webcams - potentially catching users at intimate moments.
