Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood is to marry his theatre producer girfriend, who is 31 years his junior.
The guitarist will tie the knot for the third time with Sally Humphreys, 34, whom he has been dating for around six months.
A spokesman confirmed the news, saying: "Ronnie is engaged to Sally."
Wood, 65, who has battled addiction to drink and drugs, split up with second wife Jo Wood in 2008.
He left her after over 20 years of marriage for 21-year-old former cocktail waitress Ekaterina Ivanova.
His divorce from Jo was finalised last year.
His first marriage was to Krissy Findlay, the mother of Jesse, one of his four children. It lasted seven years.
Wood's second wife Jo recently auctioned off items from their marriage, sparking a dispute with her ex who said his Rolling Stones tour outfits were not hers to sell.
The band recently played their first live concert in five years in front of 350 fans in Paris.
