    Serbian President Welcomes Mladic Arrest

As the former leader of the Bosnian-Serb army faces extradition on war crime charges, Serbia's current president hopes it will draw a line under the Balkan wars.

Boris Tadic said the capture of Ratko Mladic after 16 years in hiding would close a chapter in the region's torrid history.

He told Sky's Tim Marshall Mladic's arrest would do much for reconciliation.

And he said it should also bring his country and its neighbours closer to European Union membership.
