Delhi HC rejects Kanda’s anticipatory bail plea

The Delhi High Court declined anticipatory bail to former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda in the Geetika Sharma death case on Friday. Kanda, who is the chief of the MDLR airlines, has been charged with abetting the suicide of his former employee Geetika and has been missing for 11 days.
