India 'lacks' strategic appreciation: LT Gen JFR Jacob

Even as India's three armed forces battle hard to ensure safety of their citizens from an ongoing war that ensues 24x7, on its borders, Lt Gen JFR Jacob has asserted that the country lacked strategic appreciation. Speaking exclusively to ANI, General Jacob warned that that India still had a World War II oriented army, lacking mobility.
