Rutte and Samsom agree Netherlands coalition deal

Dutch Labour party leader Diederik Samsom has agreed to form a coalition with current prime minister Mark Rutte, whose Liberal Party was the biggest winner in elections on September, 12. However, the deal will need to accepted at the Labour Party conference on November third before the deal is finalised.
