Victoria Beckham's eponymous line is known for its modern tailoring, gorgeous colour-block knits and chic workwear. So, it seems appropriate that the beauty mood board for her AW20 show in London yesterday would follow this same polished aesthetic.

And it delivered just that, because backstage at the designer's fourth runway show in London, models were spotted with 'prepped to perfection' nude-coloured nails, courtesy of vegan and cruelty-free polish brand Peacci.

Peacci is the brainchild of nail artist Daisy Kalnina – and its £10-polishes are proving seriously popular. Shades from the 130-strong range have been spotted at 13 London Fashion Week shows, including Vivienne Westwood, Shrimps and Victoria Beckham.

Legendary nail technician Marian Newman said the brand's 'Bonjour' shade 'personified perfectly the VB woman: elegant, classic, fresh and healthy'. Then she shared exactly what went in to creating the perfect manicure backstage:

'We used one delicate coat of Peacci in shade Bonjour to create a nail that represented all of those things, with lots of Peacci cuticle oil to ensure the skin looked prepped to perfection, hydrated and smooth.'

Of course, Victoria Beckham is also no stranger to the beauty world. She launched her own line, Victoria Beckham Beauty, last year, following on from the huge success of her Estee Lauder capsule collections.

Fans will remember stand-out beauty buys from the collections, such as the Morning Aura Illuminating Creme and Skin Perfecting Powder, which proved hugely popular with make-up obsessives everywhere.

Peacci's nail polish will no doubt follow suit.
