Coming up on Neighbours, love is in the air in Ramsay Street, but Dipi is not pleased to hear it.
Meanwhile, Des makes a return to Erinsborough, but why is he back?
Here are 11 Neighbours spoilers to look forward to next week.
1. Kirsha tries to help her parents
As Ramsay Street continues to celebrate Christmas, the Rebecchi family get a visit from their youngest as Kirsha returns. But things have changed since she was last home and now she has to see how fractured things are between her parents.
Determined that she can help them sort things out, Kirsha starts sowing the seeds in Dipi that the marriage has a chance at being saved and it seems that her words have had an impact. But for Dipi, a nasty surprise is on the way…
2. Amy's lies are revealed
Amy has the contract to design the new uniforms at Lassiters and while that should be good news, she doesn't own the designs. Chloe now knows the truth and she wastes little time in telling Terese, who is furious with Amy for the continued deception.
While Chloe feels guilty for urging Terese to go ahead with the designs, will Amy be forced to accept that her foray into the world of fashion has ended before it really began?
3. Jay has an idea when Hendrix is in danger
Things are going from bad to worse for Hendrix since he got involved with the dangerous Kane, and his card game deception with Jay has now led to death threats being sent.
With Hendrix needing to find a lot of money to pay off the debt he now has to Kane, Jay suggests that he should steal the necklace that Pierce gave to Dipi to cover the costs. But will Hendrix go through with the theft, and will it be enough to keep Kane off his back for good?
4. Shane shocks Dipi
After Kirsha put her plan in place to fix things with her parents, Dipi has warmed to the idea of her marriage to Shane being fixed – but she soon realises that things are not so simple. Shane has been growing closer to Amy in recent weeks and there is a spark between them both that has now led to a kiss.
Shane decides to be honest with Dipi and tells her about the kiss and she acts like she is fine with it happening. But privately, Dipi is devastated that this really could be the end of things between them.
5. Sheila causes problems for Clive and Jane
It is not the happy, carefree start to a relationship that Clive and Jane were hoping for since Sheila found out about the two of them and the problems get worse for them next week. The two are trying their best to be discreet around Sheila, but Clive's ex is on the warpath and even others like David are getting caught in the crossfire.
Meanwhile, Roxy inadvertently makes things worse when she encourages Sheila not to give up on her man – which leads to Sheila making a phone call.
6. Des returns to Erinsborough
Sheila has decided that the best person to help her break Jane and Clive up is Jane's two-time ex, Des Clarke. Only Sheila opts not to be honest with Des about why he has been called back and she simply tells him that something is wrong with Jane.
It does not take long for Des to stumble on Jane having a date with Clive. He soon realises what Sheila is up to and he is not at all pleased.
7. Levi works on a project
Bea has got a billy cart for Christmas and despite her being a mechanic and fully up to assembling it herself, Levi decides that he wants to do it for her, and he soon realises the task is a tad more complicated than he had imagined.
With Levi clearly struggling, Bea and Kyle both offer to help him, but he has made the billy cart his mission and he is determined to figure it out himself. But will he have to accept that he is not up to the task?
8. Do Shane and Amy have a future?
Shane seems to be moving on from his broken marriage to Dipi and following his kiss with Amy, the two appear to be on the verge of giving things a go. Shane still has Dipi on his mind though, but when she hides how much she is hurting over everything, he assumes that she is ready to move on and that motivates him to do the same.
Is this the start of something for he and Amy, or will he learn that Dipi was on the verge of wanting a reconciliation?
9. Sheila suffers a shock collapse
Furious at Sheila for bringing him back to Erinsborough under false pretences, Des wastes no time in telling her exactly what he thinks about her deception. Unfortunately, the confrontation proves to be too much for Sheila. She collapses and is rushed to hospital needing a pacemaker fitted.
The situation piques Des's guilt and he goes to see her to apologise, but this leads to Sheila using the moment to ask Des for help with a plan that she is sure will reunite her with Clive.
10. Clive is given pause for thought
Even though he wants a future with Jane and thinks that they could have something special, Sheila being hospitalised causes Clive to have a rethink of all that has happened. Kyle and Levi are both worried about their gran and they realise she needs to be kept away from anything that may stress her out.
So, they ask Clive to be more discreet with Jane and he thinks that maybe they should slow things down for a while – but how will Jane react when he tells her?
11. Has Paul returned a changed man?
After spending Christmas in New York to help his daughter Amy with some problems, Paul returns to Erinsborough next week and it seems that the time away has done him some good.
Despite the animosity between them before he left, Paul surprises David by suggesting a lunch for them, Aaron and Nicolette. While they all hope that this is the start of some much-needed harmony between them all, is Paul as willing to accept Nicolette as he appears to be?
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
