1. Rose gives Theo some advice
Theo worries about how far his stalker will go, after the mystery individual arranges for doughnuts to be delivered to his home. Knowing that Kirby will worry about how the stalker knows his address, Theo decides not to tell her what's going on.
Theo approaches Rose for some official police advice instead. Rose recommends that Theo should block the fan's account and see if that solves the problem.
2. Remi accepts help from Bree
Remi tries to start playing guitar with his injured hand again, but he pushes things too far and makes the problem worse. Remi ends up fainting from the pain, but he stubbornly refuses to get himself checked out at the hospital.
When Bree hears what's happening, she pays Remi a visit for an unofficial check-up and it's clear that there's still a connection between them. Remi finally agrees to go to the hospital to see a specialist, but he also wonders what's next for him and Bree now that their previous closeness has returned.
3. Xander moves on from Stacey
Xander reflects on his failed relationship with Stacey after ending things with her.
The local paramedic eventually realises that he can't keep wallowing, so he deletes Stacey's phone number and vows to move on.
4. Kirby worries at the Diner
There's good news for Kirby when she's offered plenty more shifts at the Diner while Leah remains in recovery following the crash. Sadly, Kirby doubts herself following Marilyn's strict approach at work.
Kirby starts to feel like a charity case as she wonders whether she's really deserving of the job, but Leah and Irene do their best to reassure her.
5. Ziggy struggles with the baby
Ziggy and Dean bring their baby daughter home from the hospital. They're grateful to discover that Karen has worked hard to prepare the Astoni farmhouse for their return.
As they settle into the baby's routine, Ziggy starts to feel out of her depth as a new mother and leans on Karen for support.
6. Karen's decision upsets Ziggy
Ziggy and Dean take the baby out for her first walk, causing much excitement among their friends in the Bay. Amid everyone's fuss, Ziggy remains unsettled and unconfident when it comes to dealing with the baby.
Karen encourages Dean to keep a close eye on Ziggy to make sure that she's okay. Karen also tells John that Ziggy needs build up her confidence around the baby.
When Karen realises that her presence is holding Ziggy back, she decides to move out of the farmhouse again. This upsets Ziggy, who saw Karen as her lifeline.
7. Cash is cut off by Eden
Although Eden is finally out of her coma, Cash is upset that she is suffering from memory loss and can't remember anything about their romantic history. Cash is hopeful that Eden's memories will return, but she fears that he might waste his whole life waiting for her.
When Cash keeps optimistically visiting, Eden loses patience and tells him not to come to the hospital anymore. Cash fears that his chances of a happy ending with Eden are well and truly over, but John encourages him not to give up on love.
8. Tane's wedding plans unsettle Felicity
Felicity continues to drink heavily in secret, as she struggles with unresolved emotions after the crash. Tane mistakenly believes that everything has gone back to normal, so he suggests that they should re-book their wedding.
Felicity is nowhere near ready, as the traumatic memories of her first wedding day continue to haunt her. Looking for an escape, she spontaneously arranges a party at the Parata house.
9. Felicity is brutally honest with Tane
Felicity takes several booze bottles from Salt to stock up for her planned party. Gabe is unimpressed and questions Mac on why her business partner is treating the restaurant like a personal liquor cabinet.
Tane is worried when he arrives home to find the house party, but Cash defends Felicity and suggests that she just needs to blow off steam.
Tane realises that Felicity arranged the party as a distraction, wanting to avoid all talk of rescheduling the wedding. When pushed on this, Felicity tells Tane that she doesn't want to get married.
10. Mali worries about Rose's job
Mali asks Rose out on a date and they end up having a great time at Salt. Unfortunately, Mali's attitude towards Rose changes from flirtatious to frosty when he spots her in her police uniform the next morning.
Rose feels judged for her job when Mali questions why she didn't tell him about working for the police. Hinting that he has encountered prejudice from police in the past, Mali says that cops can't be trusted.
Rose asks for a chance to show the real her and is pleased when Mali ultimately agrees to a second date.
11. Bree gets closure over Jacob's death
Bree discovers that the authorities aren't planning to press charges against her over Jacob's death. All the evidence confirms Bree's statement about how she acted in self-defence.
Despite this, Bree struggles with her guilt as she wonders whether she could have done anything differently. Xander reminds Bree that she was fighting for her life and Jacob only has himself to blame for his fate.
12. Justin considers drastic action over the band
Mac worries that takings are down at Salt now that Lyrik aren't playing their regular gigs. The concerts haven't resumed since Eden's involvement in the crash and Remi's hand injury.
Although Mac hasn't been enforcing the terms of the band's contract, she asks Justin whether Kirby and Theo would consider performing as a duo on an interim basis. Justin worries about the proposal, aware that Lyrik hate to be divided.
