12 new Stoke-on-Trent bus routes coming soon - here's where

Twelve more bus routes are coming soon to Stoke-on-Trent. Stoke-on-Trent City Council is spending £1.4 million on the new routes with better evening and weekend services as part of the Government's Bus Service Improvement Plan.

Eight routes were introduced in April. Now the council is tendering for 12 more routes to operate from the end of June to the end of March.

The bus routes out to tender are:

Service 6A: Blythe Bridge - Longton - Hanley

Service 9A: Tunstall - Mill Hill - Bradeley - Hanley (Monday-Friday)

Service 9A: Tunstall - Mill Hill - Bradeley - Hanley (Saturday and Good Friday)

Service 19 and 19A: Hanley – Sneyd Green circular services (Monday-Friday off-peak service)

Service 19 and 19A: Hanley – Sneyd Green circular services (Monday-Friday peak hour service)

Service 21: Hanley – Stoke - Trentham (Sundays and bank holidays)

Service 43: Hanley – Milton – Baddeley Green (Sundays and bank holidays)

Service 22: Blurton – Trentham – Newcastle (Sundays and bank holidays)

Service 11: Longton – Stoke – Newcastle (Monday-Friday additional evening journeys)

Service 22: Blurton – Trentham – Newcastle (Monday-Friday additional evening journeys)

Service 11: Longton – Stoke – Newcastle (Saturday and Good Friday additional evening journeys)

Service 22: Blurton – Trentham – Newcastle (Saturday and Good Friday additional evening journeys)
