If you're wondering how the story will continue after the way the first season of 13 Reasons Why ended, we're getting some pretty good teases from the cast.

Entertainment Tonight spoke with some of the stars – including Dylan Minnette (Clay) and Katherine Langford (Hannah) – and it seems season two will very much deal with the aftermath of Hannah's tragic suicide.

The key word is "recovery".

"It kicks off a few months after season one," Minnette said. "This season particularly is a lot about recovery.

"It's naturally going to progressively get to a more emotional place, due to the nature of the story we're telling. I'm sure we're all heading in some dark directions again. I think anybody would be surprised if we weren't."

Langford added: "This season feels like a very different show."
