Yahoo News 15 EastEnders spoilers for next week
Next week's EastEnders episodes see Whitney Dean thrown into turmoil in the lead-up to her wedding to Callum Highway, while Mel Owen is desperate to stop Hunter going back to prison.
Here's a full collection of 15 storylines you can look forward to.
1. Mel and Hunter's great escape
EastEnders is about to kick off the final chapter in Mel and Hunter's story, with the news that he's escaped from prison. Mel will actually make the discovery in this Thursday's episode, but by the time next week arrives, she's been reunited with him.
As Mel harbours a criminal in the aftermath, she will take some very big risks in order to ensure Hunter doesn't get taken away from her again.
After deciding to flee Walford once and for all, Mel starts to put the wheels in motion, but it's clear she's playing a very dangerous game. And something tells us there will be no happy ending here.
2. Ben is on a mission
The biggest obstacle Mel actually faces amid her escape plan is, you've guessed it, Ben. Never one to miss a trick, Ben quickly (and correctly) guesses that all is not as it seems with Mel and uses it as an opportunity to blackmail her.
As Ben continues to try and track down his missing sister Louise, he targets Mel for information on her best friend, Lisa Fowler.
After backing Mel into a corner, Ben is triumphant in his plan when she is forced to relent and give him what he wants. But does Ben pose a worrying threat to Mel's escape plan?
3. Whitney makes some big discoveries
As her wedding looms, Whitney's life is about to be turned upside down when she stumbles across Callum's letters from Chris.
Although Callum bottles telling her the whole truth, Whitney's finding is enough to leave her feeling unsettled and she struggles to get excited about her hen night as a result.
However, after some advice from Sonia, Whitney starts to see the situation differently and tells Callum she isn't worried about his past – it's their future that matters.
Sadly, the shocks don't end there as Callum later gatecrashes her party and asks to speak to her alone.
4. Danger for Rainie
As everyone gets into the party spirit for Whitney's hen party, there's an unfortunate incident when Rainie Branning starts to choke on a straw.
When Sonia Fowler notices what's going on, she springs into action and manages to save the day. But given what is taking place elsewhere, it's fair to say this won't be the only drama taking place during the evening...
5. Stuart takes mysterious action over Ben
As Callum struggles with his emotions in the lead-up to his wedding, he also endures a miserable stag night, thanks to his brother Stuart.
Ben is delighted when Mick invites him to Callum's stag but Stuart is furious when he hears and decides to intervene. After sneaking off, Stuart arouses suspicion with Callum when he returns – and Ben is nowhere to be seen. What has Stuart done?
6. Callum lashes out at Ben
Fans will have to wait and see what keeps Ben away from Callum's stag, but tensions are at an all-time high by the time the pair catch up with each other.
As a drunk Callum struggles with all the pressure, he ends up lashing out at Ben, but will this prompt him to be honest with Whitney?
7. Max makes a decision about Ruby
Max and Ruby's rather short-lived relationship is set to reach the end of the road next week, when he's given a wake-up call over his behaviour.
As Max struggles to impress Ruby – and keep up with her relentless partying – he gets a much-needed wake-up call when he falls asleep while looking after his baby granddaughter Abi.
Realising he needs to prioritise Abi, Max makes a big decision over his future with Ruby – but will he call things off? And how will she react if he does?
8. Chantelle is spooked by Shyanna
Chantelle Atkins will get more than she bargains for next week when her sister Bailey meets with a medium. Carry On star Anita Harris has been cast in the role of Shyanna, who waltzes into Walford to help Bailey make contact with her mum.
Ignoring reservations from both Chantelle and Keegan, Bailey arranges to see Shyanna, but their meeting soon goes downhill. Furious, Chantelle wastes no time in giving Shyanna a piece of her mind, but isn’t prepared for what she has to say…
9. Sharon receives unlikely support
Next week's episodes will see Sharon receive support from an unlikely place when Mel agrees to accompany her to a hospital appointment.
With Sharon worried about her amniocentesis, she is surprised when Mel offers to come with her to the hospital for a check-up. Of course, Sharon is oblivious to what's really going on with Mel – who manages to orchestrate an opportunity to help Hunter, before joining for the appointment. Will everything be okay?
10. Honey is home – and putting on a brave face
Honey's sparked confusion among fans in recent episodes, when she whisked her partner Adam off for a mystery holiday – shortly after having her fears confirmed about him and Habiba.
Determined to keep up pretences, Honey continues to put a brave face on it when they are back in Walford next week – but it's not long before cracks start to show.
Worried about Honey's low mood, Adam tries to cheer her up and takes her for lunch, where she plasters on a smile in front of Habiba. How long can she keep this up?
11. Iqra introduces Ash to her grandparents
After recently coming out to her sister Habiba, Iqra decides to introduce Mariam and Arshad to her girlfriend Ash next week.
As Ash arrives in Walford, Iqra proudly tells her grandparents about their relationship, and to her relief, they appear to take the news well. Or so it seems.
It's not long before Iqra grows concerned about Mariam's attitude, but she attempts to ignore it by heading to Whitney's hen night – where she kisses Ash in front of everyone.
12. Linda forces Mick to get help
Mick's problems are sadly still ongoing next week, only this time, Linda is aware something is going on.
As Linda grows increasingly concerned for Mick, she eventually books him a doctor’s appointment.
13. Jack contemplates his future
Jack will be left with a big decision to make about his future following a chat with his old police friend Muski.
After speaking to Muski, Jack starts to weigh up te idea of returning to the police force, but what will he decide?
14. Kathy gives Rainie a warning
As Rainie continues to cause concern with her behaviour, she's about to get a stern warning from a no-nonsense Katyh. With Rainie continuing to take painkillers, Kathy reaches the end of her tether and implores her to sort herself out.
It's not just Kathy who is worried, either, as Rainie's new boyfriend Stuart once again tries to address his concerns over her increasing dependency on pills. But will Rainie listen?
15. Jean grows closer to Daniel
With tensions running high at the Slaters, Jean will start to seek solace with Daniel in upcoming episodes and is relieved to be able to speak openly with him.
However, Jean could be forced to act on her growing bond with newcomer Daniel when she realises she has competition in the form of Big Mo.
Unaware of who Daniel is, Mo – who has decided she needs some love in her life – makes a beeline for him, much to Jean's horror. After intervening, Jean heads out for a day with Daniel and it's clear she is starting to see him in a new light. Is romance in the air?
