2021 CEW Beauty Awards: The best body and face products to buy now
At the biggest beauty lunch of the season, the 16th annual Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Awards have deduced the best of the market.
Summer has rolled to a sharp end. Has your tan faded? Has September stress left your face a little a dry? Don’t worry, us too (seriously). But the CEW Awards, their board of professionals have whittled 359 entries, across 33 different categories, down to the must have products this year.
CEW is the international organization comprising of 10,500+ individual members representing a cross section of beauty and related businesses. It “connects big and small businesses together, veteran executives with up-and-coming talent and each member with the relevant resources they need to face the day,” the company says in their manifesto.
And on Friday 24th September, during an extravagant affair hosted by Smooth Radio’s Jenni Falconer at the London Hilton on Park Lane, the winners were announced. Each will take home a Lalique statuette and receive the exclusive CEW Beauty Awards seal on their products. Every category is split between mass and prestige winner.
The ‘Responsible Beauty Award’, voted on by an independent panel of experts, went to Beauty Kitchen, the company driving for natural and sustainable products that maintain their efficiency.
Meanwhile, Elemis wiped the floor securing an eye-watering (and record winning) five awards including, ‘Best New Vegan Beauty Product Prestige’, ‘Best Beauty Icon’ and ‘Best British Brand’.
