Police investigating the fatal stabbing of a man in Barnet have charged a 35-year-old with murder. Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, was found injured in Chandos Avenue at around 6am on March 20 and was later pronounced dead at the scene. On Sunday, detectives charged Migen Emilova, of no fixed address, with murder.
