Passed away peacefully on August 19th 2024 at the RSUH with family by his side, after an illness bravely fought. Simon, aged 54 years of Chell Green. Devoted husband of Angela, treasured dad of Georgia, Aaron and his partner Jade, beloved son of June and John Bowers, dearest brother of Andrew & Tracy, Alicia & Andrew, fondly remembered by Amy and Leo, adored and forever loved by his niece Aria. A much loved son-in-law of Jean and her partner Phil, dear brother-in-law of Andrew (Nessy) and Hilary, sadly missed by Stef and family and a dear friend to Alan and Helen. Professor Gilbert KELLING OBE
Peacefully passed on 17th August 2024, at The Royal Stoke University Hospital. Gilbert aged 90 years of Newcastle, devoted husband of Rose, dearly loved father of Stuart and Kenneth. Gilbert will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his very wide range of family and friends.

Judy REID (nee Johnson)
Mrs Judy Reid, 76, beloved wife and mother, passed away on the 9th August 2024 in Rotherham. She was born on 23rd February 1948 in Alsager, Cheshire to Leslie and Kathleen Johnson. In 1978, she married Hugh Reid. Judy is survived by her husband and their son.
The Funeral service will be held at Grenoside Crematorium (North Chapel), Sheffield at Midday on 10th September 2024. Memorial donations may be made in Judy's name to Guide Dogs for the Blind.
